A granny square temperature blanket of any year
One granny square for every day of a year that matters, each in the colour of that day's real temperature. The pattern numbers every square and maps where it goes, so the year can be made in any order and laid out at the end.

Questions
- How many squares?
- One for every day: 365, or 366 in a leap year. A square a week makes 52, for a smaller blanket.
- How are the squares joined?
- Row by row as on the map, with slip stitch or whip stitch, in cream or in each square's own colour.
- Which yarn do I need?
- The pattern names real shades and their numbers in Stylecraft Special DK (UK), DROPS Paris (Europe) or Red Heart Super Saver (US), and how many balls of each. Or use your own yarn: the pattern gives grams for each colour.
- What do I get?
- A PDF pattern to print: the cover with your blanket and the colour list, the instructions, every row with its date and a box to tick, and a print of the finished blanket, for €9.90.
