Who you are buying from

The shop is run by Iveta S., trading as Imagonarium. Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every order: it takes the payment, charges any VAT or sales tax that applies, and issues your receipt and invoice. We make the products, deliver them and answer your questions about them.

What we sell

Everything here is a digital download — no physical item is posted.

• Printable art: high-resolution image files (300 DPI JPG), one for each aspect ratio listed on the product page, with the print sizes each file prints sharply at.
• Moon calendars: a print-ready PDF drawn for the place, year, design and colours you choose in the designer on the product page. The preview you see is drawn by the same code that makes the file.
• PSD mockups: layered Adobe Photoshop files with smart objects, for showing your own designs. You need Photoshop, or software that opens PSD files with smart objects, to use them.

Colours on a screen and colours on paper are never identical, and how a print looks depends on the printer, ink and paper used. We describe each product as accurately as we can; please read the description before you buy.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy by card, PayPal or the other methods shown at checkout. Your card details are entered on Lemon Squeezy’s checkout and never reach us.

Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to your download page, and your receipt email carries a link back to it. The link stays open for 30 days (for a gift, 30 days from the day it is delivered): download your files within that time and keep them safe. After it the link closes and the files made for you are deleted; write to us and we will open it again. A moon calendar is drawn the first time you download it, which takes a few seconds.

Cancelling, refunds and the right of withdrawal

Because your files are delivered immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once your download begins — you are asked to agree to this at checkout. That does not leave you without help if something is wrong: see Refunds and right of withdrawal for what we do when a file is faulty, not as described, or will not download.

What you may do with what you buy

Buying a file gives you a licence to use it as described here. The design, artwork and files remain ours (copyright Iveta S.).

• Printable art and moon calendars are for personal use. Print them as often as you like, at home or at a print shop, for your own walls or as a gift. You may not sell them or prints of them, share or redistribute the files, or use them in products for sale.
• PSD mockups may be used commercially to present your own work: product photos for your shop (Etsy, your website, marketplaces), social media and advertising, for as many of your own projects as you like. You may not resell, share or redistribute the PSD files or their parts, or offer them — changed or not — as mockups, templates or in a mockup generator of your own.

If you want to use something in a way these terms don’t cover, ask — the answer is often yes.

If something goes wrong

Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
