The right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. For digital content that is supplied straight away, that right ends once the supply begins — here, when your download starts — provided you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you knew you would lose the right. You are asked to do both at checkout.

So: until you have started downloading, you may withdraw by writing to us within 14 days of buying, and you will get a full refund. Once a download has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Moon calendars are also made to your own choices — your place, year, design and colours — so they are personalised content as well.

When we refund or replace, whatever the above says

You are never left with a file that doesn’t work. Write to us within 30 days of buying if:

• a file is damaged, won’t open, or can’t be downloaded;
• what you received is not what the product page described;
• you bought the same thing twice by mistake;
• a moon calendar file is faulty or doesn’t match the design you made.

We will fix the problem or send a corrected file, and if we can’t, refund you in full. Your statutory rights for digital content that is faulty or not as described apply on top of this, and are not affected by it.

We can’t refund because you changed your mind after downloading, because a colour looks different on paper than on screen, or because a moon calendar was designed with details you later want changed — though for the last, write anyway: we will usually help.

How to ask

Write to support@imagonarium.com or use the contact form, with your order number (it is on your receipt and your download page) and a line about what is wrong. We answer within one or two working days.

Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, to the payment method you used, and usually show within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. Once an order is refunded, its download link stops working.
