Sticker Chart
A sticker chart for any goal: tooth brushing, staying in bed all night, trying new foods, practising an instrument or being brave at the dentist. One sticker every time they do it, along a path of numbered spots, and a reward waiting at the end.
Your child’s name · edit every task · 12 pictures · instant printable PDF

How many stickers?
The chart starts with 20 numbered spots and a reward at the end; choose anything from 10 to 50. Start small, so the first reward comes quickly, then print a longer chart for the next one.
How to use it
- 1.Choose one goal at a time and explain it simply.
- 2.Add a sticker every time it happens, straight away, with praise.
- 3.Count the spots left together: it's half the fun.
- 4.Give the reward as soon as the chart is full, then start a new one.
Tips
- 10 to 20 spots for younger children, up to 50 for older ones.
- Write the reward on the chart so they can see what they're working towards.
- Pick a picture they love: mermaids, diggers, unicorns, football.
- Keep it positive: never take stickers away.
