Questions

How do I fill it in?
Write the couple's names, then each side of the family: parents, grandparents and, if you like, great-grandparents. Every box is named after the person below it, like “Robert's mother”, and the tree shows where each name will stand. Click any place on the tree to fill it in.
What if we don't know someone?
Tick “Don't know” and that place is left to the leaves, so the tree still looks full. You can leave out years too.
Can I finish it later?
Yes. What you type is kept in your browser as you go, so you can close the page and come back to it.
Where do the couple and the children go?
The couple's first names are written across the trunk, and the children's on one line beneath them. The family name stands at the foot.
What size can I print it?
It's landscape, in A5 to A1 or 8×10 to 24×36 inches. The painting is at full resolution, so even the large sizes print sharp.
May I use it commercially?
It's for personal use: print it as often as you like for your own walls or as a gift. Please don't sell it or prints of it.
When do I get my files?
Straight away. After paying you land on your download page, and the receipt email links to it too. The link stays open for 30 days (for a gift, 30 days from the day it's delivered), so download your files and keep them safe. If you need them again later, just write to us.
Is anything posted to me?
No — these are digital files. You print them yourself at home or at a print shop, so there's no shipping and no waiting.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. In the cart, tick “Send it as a gift”: we email it to them with your message, on the day you choose. You get the download link as well.
What if something is wrong with a file?
