What is a party set?
A PDF with 10 to 60 cards, one per page, and a caller sheet with every square. Every card has the same design, the same title, names and colours, but its own mix and order of squares, so guests don't all win at once.
Which parties is it for?
A Halloween party or a trick-or-treat walk, a Christmas party, Christmas Day with the family, a Christmas movie night, New Year's Eve, a baby shower and a bridal shower, each with its own ready-made squares. Change any of them, or write your own for any party.
How do you play gift bingo?
Before the gifts are opened, each guest writes the gifts they think will come in their squares, or plays with the ready-made gift squares. As each gift is unwrapped, they mark it; the first line wins. Choose a blank card for guests to fill in themselves.
How does "find a guest who…" work?
Each square describes someone ("has been a bridesmaid", "was born in December"). Guests mingle and ask around, and get the person it's true of to sign the square. The first full line wins. It's an easy way to get guests talking.
Can I add names and the date?
Yes: whose party it is goes into the title ("Emma's Baby Shower"), and a line of your own under BINGO, such as the date. You can also change the title word.
What size is it?
Landscape, at the paper size you choose: A4 or US Letter for most. It prints sharply at home or at any print shop.
When do I get my files?
Straight away. After paying you land on your download page, and the receipt email links to it too. The link stays open for 30 days (for a gift, 30 days from the day it's delivered), so download your files and keep them safe. If you need them again later, just write to us.
Is anything posted to me?
No — these are digital files. You print them yourself at home or at a print shop, so there's no shipping and no waiting.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. In the cart, tick “Send it as a gift”: we email it to them with your message, on the day you choose. You get the download link as well.
What if something is wrong with a file?
