Questions

Are the moon phases right for my place?
Yes. Every phase is worked out for the exact moment it happens, then shown in your place's own time zone, so the dates are correct where you live — including in the southern hemisphere, where the moon is drawn the way it looks from there.
What size can I print it?
You choose the paper size while you design it: A5 to A1, or 8×10 to 18×24 inches (a few pictures stop at a smaller size, to stay sharp). The PDF is print-ready at that size, to fit a standard frame.
How do I print it?
At home on good, heavy matte paper, or take the PDF to any print shop or photo service and ask for it at its size. Matte or fine-art paper suits the moons best.
Can I change my design after buying?
The file is made from the design you bought. If you spot a mistake, write to us — we'll usually help.
May I use it commercially?
It's for personal use: print it as often as you like for your own walls or as a gift. Please don't sell it or prints of it.
When do I get my files?
Straight away. After paying you land on your download page, and the receipt email links to it too. The link stays open for 30 days (for a gift, 30 days from the day it's delivered), so download your files and keep them safe. If you need them again later, just write to us.
Is anything posted to me?
No — these are digital files. You print them yourself at home or at a print shop, so there's no shipping and no waiting.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. In the cart, tick “Send it as a gift”: we email it to them with your message, on the day you choose. You get the download link as well.
What if something is wrong with a file?
Write to us and we’ll fix it or send a corrected file — and if we can’t, you get a full refund. See Refunds.
