Order Processing & Shipping

All Products are getting printed after an order has been received.

Order Processing and Production Time:
◦ 2-3 business days. Production times may increase during the holidays.

All Products are shipped from US.

Cancellations

Cancellations: accepted
Request a cancellation: within 1 hour of purchase

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please contact me if the Item has arrived faulty or there is an issue with the shipping.

In case of a faulty product or the wrong product has been shipped to you, please take pictures of the defect and send them together with a description of the situation to the following email address: info@imagonarium.com

In case an item arrives with manufacturing defects or the wrong item has been sent to you, we will offer a replacement free of charge for you. If you don’t want a replacement, we will refund you in full.

As we don’t offer returns for not defective or mixed-up goods, we will not refund you, even if you decide to send the item back.
